Comfortable living in the Rotterdam city center

The tallest residential tower in the Benelux consists of a 215-meter tower, flanked by two buildings 70 meters high. In addition, there is a large shared rooftop garden for residents, a parking garage and a publicly accessible observation platform with first-class views over Rotterdam. The plan significantly strengthens the residential function of the Rotterdam city center.

"The Zalmhaven is a beautiful example of optimal living and enjoyment in a busy metropolis."

Liveliness

The premise of the design is that the lower floors of the various buildings add vibrancy to the streetscape. In the plinth, you'll find the front doors of the townhouses and the entrances to the apartments, alongside entrances to offices and commercial facilities.

The terraces and balconies are situated on the street and park sides. All of this enhances the liveliness and experience of the area along Houtlaan and Gedempte Zalmhaven. Additionally, all apartments have an outdoor space, offering beautiful views of the harbor and the city.
