On the top floors of De Zalmhaven, Magnicity is launching a high-end and innovative restaurant and bar concept. The concept is currently being developed by the selected architect, in collaboration with Magnicity's design teams. The opening of this unique venue is scheduled for the end of 2024.
With this exceptional location, Magnicity will offer its guests a premium dining experience, allowing them to enjoy the unique view from the top of the tallest residential tower in the Benelux. Even for those not planning to dine at the restaurant immediately, the location will be open to visitors from late 2024 onwards to experience the impressive view. The venue will be open to the public all day, allowing everyone to enjoy a panoramic view of Rotterdam.
Zalmhaven CV and Magnicity sign lease agreement for catering and experience in De Zalmhaven Rotterdam
11 January 2024January 11, 2024 – Zalmhaven CV (a collaboration between area developer AM and area developer and investment manager Amvest) and Magnicity have signed a long-term lease agreement for the 57th and 58th floors of the residential tower De Zalmhaven in Rotterdam.
Internationally operating company Magnicity is a world leader in urban leisure activities at great heights and an expert in managing panoramic observatories and restaurants. In addition to owning the well-known Euromast, Magnicity operates experiences in various locations around the world, including Paris, Chicago, and Berlin. The high-quality and modern appearance, the unique location, the enormous potential for a unique concept, and the beautiful view attracted Magnicity to De Zalmhaven.

The Zalmhaven
The Zalmhaven project is located in the Scheepvaartkwartier area and comprises a total of 485 residential units for sale and rent, commercial facilities, and parking spaces. The Zalmhaven consists of De Zalmhaven I, a tower of 215 meters with 61 floors, flanked by De Zalmhaven II and III, two buildings each 70 meters high.
The residences were completed in 2021 and 2022 and have all been sold or rented out. There are still some commercial spaces available for sale in the lower levels beneath De Zalmhaven I.
