Urban millennials

The Lofts is a response to the increasing demand for mid-priced housing within the city, particularly among millennials or young professionals. This demographic tends to buy a house at a later age, places less value on ownership, and prefers to share amenities. The studios and one-bedroom apartments, averaging 32 m² in size, come fully finished but can be furnished according to individual needs. The market response was overwhelming: more than 1,000 potential tenants signed up.

A bold urban block with a NYC vibe

Collective living

The building is designed as a bold urban block, with an industrial feel. The characteristic bay windows provide each unit with expansive views and a wide window sill. The building is highly energy-efficient with an EPC of 0.15 and a large portion of the roof is equipped with solar panels, providing electricity for the building. Collective living spaces are located on the ground floor, featuring various communal areas such as a living room, a library with workspaces, and a laundry room. A shared rooftop terrace is situated atop the building.
