Felix Sanders appointed mixed-use director at area developer AM
15 July 2025Area developer AM has appointed Felix Sanders as mixed-use director. In this position, he is responsible for further shaping and realising AM’s mixed-use strategy, which brings together housing, commercial facilities, mobility and social added value in an integrated way.
Experienced and connecting strength
Sander ter Beek, AM managing director explains: "With Felix's track record and experience in both the public and private domain, he provides a valuable boost to the further positioning of mixed-use. He thereby strengthens our mixed-use developments and reinforces the link with housing, where substantive quality, social added value and commercial opportunities come together even better."
Felix Sanders has extensive experience in complex inner-city assignments. He has been working at AM as development manager since 2022, having previously held positions at, among others, the municipality of Almere and Ballast Nedam. Thanks to his background in both the public and private sector, he has a strong and versatile track record.
