Parkhoeve will be part of the Park Triangel development and responds to the growing demand for quality and sustainable housing. The project includes a diverse range of single-family homes, semi-detached and detached houses. The houses were designed by PBV Architects and will be built by Bolton Bouw.

The start construction of Parkhoeve marks another important milestone in the development of Park Triangel. The festive act, during which the first pile was struck, was performed by Alderman Albert Kassies of Waddinxveen Municipality, Arie Hubregtse on behalf of Bolton Bouw and Hans Bootsma of Synchroon on behalf of Ontwikkelingscombinatie Parkzicht V.O.F. The moment was celebrated in the presence of future residents and other parties involved.

Alderman Kassies emphasized the importance of this project for the local community: "As a municipality we are committed to providing suitable housing for all our residents. The demand for housing is high, both in the Netherlands and in Waddinxveen. Every home is one and that is why it is great that 61 homes are being built in this project. These homes will further contribute to a good housing mix in the municipality."

Park Triangel is a green, water-rich residential neighborhood in Waddinxveen-Zuid, developed around a centrally located neighborhood park. The area development includes a total of 2,877 homes, divided among eleven small-scale neighborhoods with characteristic architecture inspired by the English landscape style. The car-free living environment offers plenty of space for play, nature and encounters. The central park forms the beating heart of the neighborhood and offers facilities for young and old, such as a water playground, sports fields, a jungle forest and walking and cycling paths. Thanks to its proximity to schools, a train station and a shopping center, Park Triangel is an attractive and future-proof residential location.
