AM, BrabantWonen and Bouwbedrijf Berghege are launching the Linck plan in Oss

16 December 2025

Area developer AM, housing association BrabantWonen and contractor Bouwbedrijf Berghege have officially confirmed their collaboration on the realisation of the Linck plan in Oss by signing the building contract. The plan includes 198 apartments aimed at a broad target group. This step will transform the site on Raadhuislaan into a sustainable, lively and attractive mixed-use urban area. Construction is scheduled to start in March 2026.

Large proportion of social housing

Of the 198 flats, 170 are designated for social and mid-range rental and will be purchased by BrabantWonen. "With Linck, we are investing heavily in affordable and sustainable living in the heart of Oss,’ says Henk van Erp, Director of Real Estate at BrabantWonen. We believe that good living goes beyond simply building a home. Here, we are creating a place where people feel seen, where meeting others is a natural part of life, and where we are building a strong, inclusive community together. This is of great value to Oss and to our tenants."

The remaining 28 homes will be offered as apartments for sale. In addition, there will be 950 m² of commercial facilities, an urban greenhouse in the inner area, an underground car park and a green, public courtyard garden.

From housing project to connected community

Linck will be a residential project for all generations, where social interaction is central. A characteristic feature of this development is that the four buildings are connected by footbridges on the fourth floor. This floor will feature two communal indoor spaces and seven shared roof terraces, each with its own unique design. These additional communal facilities will help residents to meet each other more easily and organise activities. This reduces the risk of loneliness and increases the enjoyment of living there. Sharing facilities creates a close-knit community, strong social connections and, as a result, greater security.

"By signing this agreement, we are taking a big step towards the realisation of Linck. This wonderful project will not only bring new homes, but also a sustainable and social boost for Oss. We look forward to the start of construction and the creation of a place where people feel at home," says Wilco van den Ban, Director of Project Development at AM.

Sustainable living environment

Applications such as green roofs, water storage, greenery against the wooden and brick facades, and predominantly bio-based insulation materials create a sustainable living environment in a low-traffic, green setting. Biodiversity is also promoted through the use of various nesting box facilities.

New impetus for Oss

The plan forms a new link with the city of Oss. The connection to the immediate surroundings and the passages between the buildings in the plan's design connect the centre with the developments on Raadhuislaan. The commercial and social plinth filling on Raadhuislaan contributes to an economically and socially strong area.

"Linck is a wonderful and ambitious plan: a green, sustainable living environment where people meet and feel at home. We are delighted that, after a careful design process, we will soon be able to start implementation. This is the kind of project in which our expertise and craftsmanship come together perfectly. Together with AM and BrabantWonen, we are looking forward to working on this special project for Oss in the coming years," says Tom Bongers, Director of Bouwbedrijf Berghege.
