Area development Amsterdam North city centre
Elzenhagen Zuid, an urban residential neighbourhood undergoing rapid development, will soon have 1,800 homes in both the rental and owner-occupied sectors. It is part of the Amsterdam Noord Centre Area (CAN) development, a new mixed-use high-density neighbourhood centred around the Noord public transport hub. This is the starting point of the North/South metro line, which connects to Amsterdam Central Station within five minutes.
