The Municipality of Delft, Kabeldistrict Exploitatie B.V., Bedrijvenkring Schieoevers and area developer AM have signed a letter of intent to collaborate within the new Schieoevers Noord Area Committee. Over the next two years, the partners in this committee will meet monthly to discuss the progress of projects, events, permits, enforcement and other developments in the area.

By sharing knowledge, identifying bottlenecks in a timely manner and exploring possible solutions together, the parties are working towards the successful and well-organised development of Schieoevers Noord.

The letter of intent forms the basis for a covenant to be drawn up at a later date, in which the tasks and working methods of the area committee will be definitively laid down.

Area developer AM is developing a new residential area within Nieuwe Haven in the Schieoevers Noord area, with approximately 340 homes for students, first-time buyers, families and those looking to restart their lives. More information can be found under Home – Nieuwe Haven Delft.
