The 75-meter-high Highlight residential tower will include co-living apartments according to AM’s Friends living concept. In addition to apartments, the building offers several high-quality collective facilities for residents such as a Sky-Garden at 75 meters, a Secret-Garden at ground level and the Lighthouse Club on the first floor. Parking spaces will be provided in the two-story, sunken parking garage for all four Lightyards buildings.
