Blok III is located in the heart of Sloterdijk I Zuid, an area that is changing from a monofunctional business park to a mixed residential-working area. Where industrial space and storage now dominate, a lively urban neighborhood will soon arise with housing, commercial and social facilities and plenty of space for greenery.<\/p>\n
The plan includes approximately 1,200 homes in various segments and approximately 34,000 m\u00b2 of commercial space, offices, retail, hospitality, an Integral Children’s Center, care center, care housing and a mobility hub for cars and bicycles. Health, social sustainability and greening are key. Block III will be car-free, with great attention to pedestrians, cyclists and ecological connections. In addition, the central park and roof gardens also promote meeting and enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n
