In this arrangement, multiple individuals, usually two or three, live together as “Friends” in one apartment. Each has their own bedroom, and the residents share a living room and kitchen. It is therefore crucial to have the right housing options available for these urban millennials. This includes affordable homes for purchase as well as moderately priced rental properties.
